Film shoot with the Castle gardeners today in prep for Chelsea Fringe. The team were such professionals you'd be forgiven for thinking they did this all the time!

Scorching hot day where sun hats were much needed. Phone rang off the hook with filming requests the rest of the day then the joy of Risk Assessment paperwork...filming ain't all glamour!

A bit of wind in the hair with the MX-5 roof down after work then vino collapso in the pub garden with colleagues. Sniffly cold back with avengance so my brain is all foggy!

Gearing up for a hectic few days with 4 film shoots, 2 photoshoots and live radio outside broadcast all before Tuesday lunchtime.
