Erythronium 'Pagoda'

Firstly I wanted to say a big thank you for all your comments stars and hearts for Mr and Mrs Blackbird yesterday. Earlier today they were riding high page 2 of Populars :-).....I've had another couple of hearts today too, so have just had another peak, my blip seems to have disappeared off the pages now :-(

Anyhoooo, a busy busy day today!!! Slept like logs after last nights quiz, we were our usual 4th spot, 2 points off joint second place....its becoming a regular thing!

Hub was down into town early for a blood test and a to get a couple of things we need for our hols. I stayed home to get on with the packing finally!! We need a separate small weekend case as we are having a couple of days with hubs sis and BiL at there house, before (& after) the four of us board our ship on Monday heading for Norway :-)

Hubs cut the back lawn, and made arrangements with our neighbours to look after his greenhouse until we return. Later this afternoon I managed to get out in the garden for a little while, just to tie in my jackmannii clematis, as I want it to spread over the whole of the trellis and not be a tangled mess when I get back :-/ I took a few random shots for today's blip and liked this Pagoda flower the best.

I'm excited about the photo opportunities that this trip will offer.......can't wait :-) and the weather looks as though it's going to be kind to us as well......perfect :-)
