Walton Cherry Blossom

I've just come in following more painting etc on the outside. Today it was the turn of the side garage door & the woodwork around the front door. I also gave the front garage door a good wash down & prepared the frame for painting. Might do it tomorrow as it is so hot out there at the mo.

Saw Dave this morning who is feeling slightly better after his back trouble. We agreed that we must all get together & have a day out sometime soon. That will be something to look forward to.

I pick up Mum from the coach this pm & she will stay for dinner & so avoid the evening rush hour traffic. Tomorrow C is out for the day with her girlfriends & I may tackle giving the summerhouse a re treat. It won't look much different as it will be in the same colours, but hopefully the recoat will keep out the weather for 3 or 4 years. On Sunday we are at a BBQ in the woods so lets hope the weather holds !
