400 people in Chithibu village

This was one of three pumps installed today, serving over 1800 of the poorest villagers. Their source of water was an open well.
The well is about 17km from the factory, is 3.9 metres deep. The furthest people have to walk is 900 meters (which needs to be improved)
They are one  hour from the nearest preschool and primary school while the secondary school is 4 hours walk away.
