Putting my feet up.

This is unusual for me on a lovely afternoon to be sitting watching the TV all be it the Tour de France.

Last evening I was with my niece in law we had a meal in the garden, which was very nice. I was helping her put things away afterwards. I was taking a folded wooden chair to the garage, I did not realise there was a shallow step down, a little away from the garage wall. I fell forward hitting the garage wall with the edge of the chair, while I fell heavily in the opposite edge of the chair. I hit the chair hard with my sternum and across my left breast. I really jared my body. I hope I would feel better this morning, but have had a very bad night. My niece took me to casualty this morning to check it out. The Dr said I had not broken anything, but to take pain killers and take it easy. So this is what you see above, I have taken the pain killers and putting my feet up.

I have enjoyed watch the cycling. Congratulation to Bradley Wiggins the first britain to win the Tour de France.
