Fishing Day

We left early this morning to go to the mountains of South Carolina where the Chattooga River flows hoping to catch some trout.  No luck there but this area was GREEN!  As we slogged through the thick brush around the edges of the river looking for that perfect fishing spot,  I just gave up trying to fish and just took photos with the iPhone and the camera.

I am happiest in the woods along a river or creek, miles from nowhere.
And the silence!!!!  You can almost hear the Earth breathing here.

And it was very cool here today so I did not worry about walking up on a snake...much!
