Rehearsal

We walked our 80 guests, and ourselves, into the ground today. Based on their own interests and knowledge, various members of the choir offered an impressive range of two-hour-long visits or walks - five this morning and and seven this afternoon - taking in museums, colleges, the botanic garden, the river, parks, the Levellers, the suffragettes, the civil war, Harry Potter and much else.

After a 35-minute walk to our three-hour rehearsal and a 35-minute walk home, I am ready to sleep.
