By the seat of one's pants
Another busy day at work and, although I have been all over the place, I finished the day completely blip-less.
I took a slight detour over the moors on the way home and managed to catch a group of hang-gliders on the top at Buckstones Edge (elevation 1410 feet). It was 18 degrees at 6 pm - almost shirt-sleeves weather. Very unusual up here on this exposed ridge in early May. A far cry from the conditions up here last Friday.
The guy in the photo was brave or foolish. He had gone outside the border of the White Rose County and was in Dark Side air space.
