Birthday boy

He's the one on the left.
We set off for a few days in Zurich, only to have a flat tyre half an hour later on a public holiday (ascension day), and drive slowly over the mountain pass to eventually arrive at our friends, Anna and Claudio. They are dog sitting for a week whilst we are away - we and the dog are very lucky.
A great pizza night (napoletano) and an indulgent chocolate birthday cake earlier, which Anna had made.
