Strabismus Meaning and Definition
(n.) An affection of one or both eyes, in which the optic axes can not be directed to the same object, -- a defect due either to undue contraction or to undue relaxation of one or more of the muscles which move the eyeball; squinting; cross-eye.

Max was full time supervisor of the bed moving society(a Swedish family in-joke) this morning, preparing the spot for T's sister, C, to re-coup here. Adding another bed to the house brings joy to the souls of these cats, especially on on the first floor.

When we set up the bed I spied my tiny painting of a summer Icelandic scene making me long to go there once more.

T's sister has some sort of an infection, making her hospital departure not on the list for today. Hopefully it does not mean another trip to the operating room tomorrow. Details are often sketchy, as well as the level of care on weekends it seems...
