Central London

I took a few pics whilst I was around government offices in central London today. The extra was Queen Anne's Gate, now Petty France, the former office of the Home Secretary now the Ministry of Justice. I have visited there in many guises since the late 1970s. It was a very old building with grand rooms, high ceilings, wine served with lunch and a forced politeness in 1980s. Now it is a modern place with hot desking, unloved meeting rooms, security all around, functional but unexciting.

I have not found any more out about the green tiles I took last night on yesterday's blip. I think there are a few examples around London but my searches have told me nothing more definite.
