Heaven on earth...

at this moment is here! :))

Woke up at 7am with the village church bell ringing the time (it rings 7 times then pauses then rings for ages every morning at 7am. It's like the early morning alarm call for the village! :))

We've been sleeping with the bedroom window wide open as it's so still at night and I could see straight away that the sky was already deep blue and the sun was shining. Read my book for a while then got up and joined D on the decking for some breakfast. Sat for 10 mins and arms were already turning pink!

Been planning what we want to do for the rest of the week can't believe a week of our holiday has gone already! and so far we have decided on a visit to Pontivy, a return visit to Pont Aven, a day touring the coast road and 2 golf days (for D not me! I will chill instead :-)

Had a wander around the beautiful garden that this house sits in and took lots of photos. The stunning copper beech tree, the summer house, the bird bath, the flowering shrubs, the butterflies sadly didn't have my macro lens handy but decided to blip this shot as we are just about to have lunch on the decking and I want to remember exactly what it looked like.

Mmmm....I can smell omelettes and coffee. Time to stop typing and start eating. BBQ for dinner too. Today like every other! :)) is a gooooood food day!
