Because I did take this with the 60 mm macro, and you can really see the difference.
The flower (Correa alba) is endemic to the Southern Mt. Lofty Ranges, wherein we reside, so totally appropriate for my garden.
Isn't it funny - when you see plants in the nursery they look enormous, so how come they totally disappear when you plant them out?
I'm looking forward to next Spring, when I should see the garden really come alive. Autumn is a good time to plant in Adelaide because the plant has time to really settle in before the Spring flush.
