Tranquil

This evening I went to the cinema with a friend to see Eddie the Eagle (highly recommend). Since the cinema is right near Dolly's dogsitters, I arranged for her to spend the evening with them so she wouldn't have to be home alone. Dolly is happy to be left for several hours during the day but HATES being alone in the evening.

Before I dropped her off we went for a short walk near their house. Surrounding their neighbourhood is a large pretty green space with a river and footpaths, popular with dog walkers. This picture is deceptive - its hard to believe that this tranquil scene is actually surrounded by busy urban sprawl.
