HANGING ON

Another fantastic day, blue, blue sky, not a cloud to be seen. Another early blip - oh how I love to have it over & done with ! It was arranged Peter would drive to Queenstown to pick up his sister & B I L who are flying down from Auckland (duck shooting starts on Saturday, & they belong to a group who meet each year; secretly I think it's a time on the social calendar when men become boys ! ).....And Peter has been called to help out on the farm - 60km away - so it falls to me, to drive to Q/Town very shortly. 3mm of rain yesterday. Every drop helps. Very heavy dew this morning......... will be a lovely drive over the Crown Range.
