Today's lesson

Creative sewing again this afternoon and today we did pinwheel weaving (I think). It suits my methodical mind and was very relaxing.
Needed a nap afterwards as I was pooped. Probably should have napped longer cos I fell up the stairs this evening as I didn't lift my foot high enough and went splat.
Felt ok at the time but beginning to feel sore now. I may need a quiet day tomorrow :-(
