Creek Life #? (Probably 5)

Had to take a taxi to work today after what felt like AGES!

My boss is back so the covered car park facility at the foot of the building goes back to her... and the big news is that after several months of extra security, taxis and other vehicles are able to go up the ramp and drop people off right at the entrance to Dubai Financial Market/the Lobby area!

Marja is back in town - for a couple of days, so we met up with her - after almost a month! Nice to see her again and catch up with news... We decided to take her to the Sheraton on the Creek... Dubai's second 5 star hotel. The restaurant we had booked in didn't open till 7, so we whiled away the time getting shots of the creek (life) and sitting chatting in this Lounge.

Due to a religious public holiday tomorrow, there was no alcohol served after 6pm or live musicians in the restaurant that we ate! Didn't change how good the evening was for us... chatting and enjoying Michelin star food. It may have been a bit too rich for me though, as I really didn't feel good at all driving Marja home, or when I got back. And I was extremely tired. :(
