Breakfast

My husband and kids' idea of a great breakfast is a full Scottish fry-up.
Mine however is pancakes, especially pancakes with bacon and maple syrup.
It's normally a huge hit or miss if I can make pancakes, so I found this crepe recipe and thought let's give it a go!
No bacon or maple syrup and indeed no squeezy lemon juice with sugar, so today it was a wee sup of chocolate sauce :D
