Saturday night 'on island' and with disco globe, stroby light thingies that coloured up with the music beat, film posters and TIME magazine covers from 1982 and music to match, it was PARTY night to celebrate A's 30th birthday.

They certainly do things in style here and considering that everything has to be ordered in and takes a while to arrive, by barge no less, (there is a great little supermarket but not a pop up the road to a party suppliers) plans are well made and set in place.

J did a sterling job behind the bar and this lychee martini was one of the hits of the night..along with Chariots of Fire, Tainted Love,Jack and Diane, Blue Eyes and Crimson and Clover, to name but a few.
