Berginia

I first came across this plant many years ago whilst doing an evening floristry course. Fondly also known as Elephant's Ears the large round shaped leaves are used in lots of arrangements.

So fortunate to have them growing in the garden now.
Won't be long before the pink flowers pop out from under the leaves :)
