the art of being in the moment...
I love the idea of 'stilling' the chatter in one's mind to single handily focus on the task at hand - something I seem to find harder and harder as I get older and I assume busier?
Sienna seems to have no problem with it - plopping herself down where ever, in what ever position she likes and getting on with what she wants to do. Admirable.
Busy day - saw Zachary off to Scout Camp for 8 days (longest he has been away from family!), present and photograph the 14 winners of the Maxi Micro Scoter competition we have been running, ballet, lunch with friends, swimming lesson and then BBQ with more friends. All very nice.
Now (a day later!) we are off to Tate Liverpool to be wowed by the Turner, Monet, Twombly exhibition!
Maybe a chance to be reflective and still there....
