Went for a walk after dinner tonight to sort of prep myself for starting the Couch To 5k plan next week; looks like that's not gonna happen now cos I'm pretty sure I've got shin splints. Both my shins got super achey and hot after climbing a hill, and my right ankle seized up too. GRRR. Best of it is, the internet suggests that weight loss will help... That's what I was trying to do on the walk!!
