A Tiny Fly
It was another warm day with no sun and hardly any wind. They said it was going to be gale force winds. I got into the garden and started digging out my lily bulbs and potted them up ready to go to their new garden. That took all afternoon.
This lovely Chrysanthemum is flowering beautifully just now. A friend gave to me for a birthday present many years ago. She chose it because when she brought it it had green flowers.
Why that is significant is... when we got married my bouquet had green Chrysanthemums and Green Orchids. I just love green flowers. My dress was all different shades of peacock blues and greens so the flowers went really well with it.
It must be what they feed them to keep the flowers green as this one has always been yellow each year.
When I was taking this shot this very little fly or bee I thought it was a speck of dirt on the flower. I quickly took the shot before he flew off. Don't know what kind of fly or bee it is. Someone may enlighten me.
This Chrysanthemum has small flowers so makes the fly/bee look big!
