Today is going to be a good day, Ill be going out later for a longer run, Tour de France which is the final day where Bradley Wiggind is in yellow and Chris Froome in second place overall.

My mother-in-law's Birthdat tea later. Roan will be on his way from his other Grandparents from a long weekend in the caravan, so we are all looking forward to Roan telling us what he has been up to.

Mark, Wendy and the girls stayed last night, and Im about to do us bacon rolls.
