Sunny Saturday

Went to framers market this morning, but our butcher lady wasn't there. Then went to tesco to get meat for a BBQ. Got lots of stuff, but forgot the meat. When we got home we had tea & toast & then C trimmed the hedge. I took away (some of) the cuttings. We (mostly C) planted the beetroot & flowers from the meadow seed pack. Shower & nap followed.
C cooked a delightful meal of baked mackerel erved with samphire, fennel & broad leaf parsley & cream cheese sauce.
