Calton Hill and the Carlton Hotel

I had a wander around Edinburgh tonight after an interesting lecture linked to Deaf research. It being Deaf Awareness week this week it was particularly important. Give me a shout if there are any questions relating to it-it is my life after all!

This picture was taken in the fading but beautiful light of the sun which finally decided to show itself after torrential rain earlier today!

I got a few more snaps than I intended but this was my favourite-down a little side street off the Mile with a set of stairs which I decided to venture down :)
