Our Great Grandfather's House

We could not believe it! We went to meet a 90 year old cousin this evening to fill in some gaps in our family story. She is a twinkling lovely lady full of fun and mischief and filled in a few gaps. Including the amazing fact that the house next door was where our great grandfather, her father and our grandma had lived. Empty since the 1960s we were soon looking round this small basic 2 roomed house in which 4 children grew up. It felt so strange to be in rooms that they had lived in 100 years ago!
