A self-assembling solar powerplant unfolds its panels to meet the spring sun.
Or to put it another way, rhubarb leaves unfurling out of their protective pod as it breaks through the soil surface.

One of the extras shows the full image from which this one was taken, the other shows the stage before this where a red spike pushes it way up through the soil. Once into the light the already formed leaves push out, bursting open the spike.
