Daffodils, Auld Hooses an Blue Skies

Another morning of showers but like the past few days, the showers cleared and the sun came out.  Still a bit chilly in the wind.

I've been busy again in the museum office working with more photos.  I had a fine walk about Lerwick at lunchtime.  After tea, mam and nieces Megan, Eve and Elise popped for a walk with Sammy.  Been a lovely night for it and Eve grabbed a bag chips for the walk home.  Off to work in the pub again tonight.  Last night was busy with Scotty scallop boats, maybe get them again tonight.

A fine lunchtime walk about Lerwick and plenty of folk to chat with too. I had been walking through the old lanes, when this daffodils caught my eye.  Don't think I've seen this variety before.  I love the bright orange fiery centre, and like this old house behind too, which looks abandoned, well the skylight is missing.  Taken behind 69 Commercial Street, Lerwick.
