TinyTuesday – Kork-n-Seal

After last Tuesday’s ‘Tiny Drop’ this week’s Tiny Tuesday seems quite appropriate.
 
For years we joked about the bottles in Auntie’s drinks cabinet being worth more than the contents, and having inherited the lot I have found that this little treasure may well prove the saying “Many a true word is spoken in jest”.  It took me quite a while to find what the correct name for the bottle top is, and now I find that there are very few examples left, and I’ve only found one ‘Gordon’s London Dry’ which was unopened and worth a fortune.  What this empty bottle would fetch who knows, but it’s not for sale – yet.  Any suggestions?
