Seal Rock
Day 12: Wakonda Beach - Florence
Seal Rock (the seals there, they were just not photogenic enough to make it to Blip...).
Today was, in every sense, a perfect day, in particular compared to yesterday (which was hard work). We did just a short ride (about 55 k), so no pains in every part of your body possible, the weather was beautiful (and very important: finally those promised northern winds!) and we found some beautiful spots along the ride.
We ended up in a motel in Florence, OR, not feeling for another campsite this time. Florence is nice and cosy, where we had a good fish-and-chips dinner and ice cream (twice). However, maybe even better is being able to relax in the motel room (in the Poker Room).
We don't have wifi every day, so please don't be alarmed if we're off-line for a couple of days. It only means we're probably staying at a state park campsite...
