The Intake

This will probably end up right alongside Kiwilizzie's blip and I've no doubt the two will be very similar today.
[EDIT: We didn't - I see there are 2 photos between us which is a good thing as we have both opted for similar views]

We took a walk up to the old 6 Mile Power House intake. It's a beautiful walk through native bush with native birds singing. A wee bush robin came and visited us as we walked and although I took photos of various other things it's been over 5 years since I've been up to the power house source so this just had to be today's blip.

I'll definitely cart my tripod with me next time! It wasn't easy capturing any decent slow release shots with the camera propped on my hand and poked through the railings of the viewing platform.
