Culinary mini adventure
Poached egg (Tom Kerridge method) on top of chili and garlic flavoured quick fried kale.
Delicious and low calorie.
This afternoon I made Ottom Yottolenghi's creamed spinach, tomato, chorizo and sourbread.
A burst of exercise, 10 minutes of stretching and my new regime is underway.
My waist size has not yet changed.
Still, it's only day one!
