Mellow Yellow

The low rays of evening sunshine make the birch leaves glitter.  A bird takes in the view across the roof tops.

A mainly dull but mild day.  Rain for several hours late afternoon.  Planted a few new shrubs in the front garden to fill some of the gaps in the beds.  Sowed some grass seed to try to mend some of the patches in the lawn.  Feeling mellow.  Not sure it felt like a bank holiday.
