With our property going live on ESPC last week, we held our first 'open house' today.  Thankfully Grandma took the wee ones out to the museum while Nikki and I cleaned and staged the house ready for a potential sale.

We were absolutely overwhelmed by the interest.  We must have had 30+ separate parties come to look round, and I collated about 18 email addresses from people who wanted copies of the planning permission for the basement.  Hopefully one or two of those will firm up their interest in the next few days and we can complete a sale reasonably quickly.
