Trip Home

We arrived home late this afternoon after a wonderful trip down south.

This collage of the places we stopped at on our way home from Wanaka. The Shot Top Left  is the famous Wanaka tree. I got a few shots of it in some light rain this morning before we left.

The Shot Bottom Right is of the Mt. Cook Alpine Salmon Farm. We stopped there to get some Salmon for dinner. It was really yummy! The duck shot was also taken there.

The Shot Bottom Left is Lake Pukaki. It was sure blowing a gale there.

The Shots Top Right and Middle were taken at Lake Tekapo where we had some lunch. It was windy and looked as if it would rain .. but didn't.

The sky was very dramatic looking all the way home and when we were reaching Christchurch there was this amazing rainbow. Wish I could have been able to get a shot of it.
