King Kong

As you can see, the featured character on the relatively new Hollywood Wax Museum in Myrtle Beach, SC is King Kong.  The extra is a different crop and in B&W since I'm sure when I saw the movie the first time it was in  B&W.  It was raining when I took these photos. It's hard to give you a scale for this big guy and the Empire State Building.  I read one place that said he is 40 feet tall and weighs 33,000 lbs.
