The 'ol spring house

This spring house is located on an abandon farm near us. The water is piped out into 3 well rings. A large goldfish has lived in the pool for years. Most of the people who live on this ridge still get their water this way. My neighbor is over 80 yrs. old and carries water from her spring 1/4 of a mile up hill to her house. I have helped her and I can tell you it is no easy task now and even harder when the ground is covered with snow! I (not being from these parts) am grateful for the drilled well on our farm.
