Morning mist lifting

There was lots of rain with wind and lightening through the night.  This was our view from our room as we got ready to go to breakfast.

We headed for home after checking out of the Inn.  We decided to take the southern route home.  Unfortunately for us, we were driving into rough weather.  When we were just outside Camden SC on I20 we passed an accident were a tractor trailer lost control, fishtailed, hitting both sides of the bridge and crashed through the concrete barrier and into the Wateree River.  (extra photo - credit John Isgett) This had just happened when we passed it - scary!  The driver was transported to the hospital where he is expected to recover.
