It's taken 51 years but I now have 5 proper nails on one hand. All who know me know I have bitten my nails for ever.

Well, last august i decided I must try harder and not bite. It hasn't been an easy bad habbit to break. They still find their way to my mouth but I haven't bitten them off - on one hand. On the other hand I have 3 good nails and two not too good.

This is quite an achievment for me and although not stopped completely I have 8 out of 10.
