Buttercups aka Marsh Marigolds!

Enjoyed a sunny and warm afternoon with middle daughter at Myddleton House. We went to take photographs but I only managed 16 before the battery ran out :(

These large buttercups were standing tall beside the lily pond.

Update: I have been reliably informed by IntothewildMan and ANewDay that these big buttercups are actually marsh marigolds. I should have looked for a label :)
