Family Lunch

What a lovely day we have had and no rain!

At 11.30am we went to Mass specially for the children making their first Communion. Then we went over to our maternal grandmother's grave to have it blessed by our cousin, Father Tomas. Here we are at our lunch, three generations of cousins who don't meet that often. It was great!

Then we drove to my mother's childhood home and her old school to have a look
It was the first time her grandchildren had been there. It is a poor part of Ireland and thinking of her walking barefooted to school in the summer made us quite sad.
