Happy World Laughter Day

Laughter day and workers day are both on 1 May.  Today we celebrated by holding a laughter yoga session on Scarborough beach.  What fun.  My boys loved it too ... they kept stealing things from unsuspecting peoples bags!  These are my cousin's beautiful little girls, they also had a wonderful time on the beach.
I used to have a holiday house in this village before my divorce, and so today was extra special as I really love this beach but haven't visited for years.
Remember to laugh at something, or nothing ... it's so good for you!!
