Upside down

Katie's special buddy Bobbins is an amazing little gymnast. She has home training equipment. Katie was going for a play date today. I hadn't told her about the bar/beam/etc. It took less than ten minutes before I got this photo sent to me.... They also used the beam, the trampoline and played dress up. All in the hour they had before they were going to a birthday party together. The two of them have known each other since being 4months old and giggle & laugh the whole time they are together. 

When they brought Katie home, she and Bobbins had a massive hug. Then said "look, this is what happened before" and proceeded to show me how they'd been trying to hug but had slipped a bit in the car. They then got themselves both wedged into the footwell of the passenger side. SO much laughter! They have giggled for four hours straight, apparently!! 

Katie took herself off to her room for some playtime. She's got plans of learning a new piece on her clarinet as we found an Eb horn book that has the piano parts so we can use that without any transposition being needed. She wants to surprise B tomorrow.
