jings!

A lovely day today. +1/2 was off to Edinburgh early-ish to meet up with some friends for lunch and a natter so I got to spend the day with all of the +3s. Fortunately the weather was great so the children were outside nearly all day. +1/3 had some friends around , +2/3 went around to a friend's house and +3/3 just tootled around the place playing with anyone and everyone. +1/3 and friends were playing with their action men (or whatever they're actually called these days) so +2/3 joined in with her Barbies. It's like the south of France around here: topless (and I think bottomless) sunbathing. Shocking!

The weather was so good I finally managed to get the tents out and dried after the holidays; just as well as they were definitely still damp and had that just-about-to-go-mouldy smell.
