Friends and a Friday night out

Another long day, starting with more treatment from the Osteopath for my knee, followed by a slow day at work to finish a long dull week... But then everything perked up brilliantly!

We met up with our friends Paul and Heather and headed off to the new Jamie Oliver restaurant for some posh nosh...

It was great, tasty food, and I really liked the atmosphere... plus it wasn't at expensive as I thought it might be... so rather a splendid place... Good company, fat ass dinner and a few laughs... A perfect Friday night : )
