Lake Paringa

I've stayed here several times and I still love it.  A lake-side retreat surrounded by bush, sandflies and plenty of other happy campers.

I figured there would be a mist over the lake in the morning and I wasn't disappointed......though if I had crawled out from my snugly bed 15 minutes earlier I think it may have looked even better ;)

I decided quite suddenly that I really wanted to be at home so, despite numerous stops along the way, it was essentially a day of driving.  I think I clocked up 550kms in 10 hours by the time I got home so not too bad.
