BACK!

Yes, we're back home and I'm back to blipping! Many thanks for the good wishes, and for staying with me while I went quiet.
if you worried about our sink (7th April) you can now see the real new sink. We had intended to keep the old one, but it turned out to be impossible to move the tap to the 'correct' side* so we now have a new sink and a smart new tap.
You may be relieved to know that the bathroom on 12th April was not ours - it is in Beamish where I went on a visit with Keswick Museum.

* Apparently many sinks have the option for the tap on either side - but not all.
