Isobel dropped her phone down the toilet. I bought her a used one on eBay to replace it with. I reckon that's probably cheaper than paying for insurance anyway. Apple must expect this to happen a lot - there are about half a dozen moisture detectors in the phone that turn pink when it gets wet. Anyhow, fingers crossed that I can resurrect this one.
