Toddling

Home after a non-stop day with my best pal and her two toddlers. Auntie Sam babysitting duties first thing, coffee and trip to the toy shop much to a four year old's delight to pick up her new dolly.

Both my friend and I have come down with stinky colds so it was a day where strong coffees were required!

Managed a brief 2 mile walk at the Castle with another good friend enroute home. We caught the last of the sunshine before a downpour luckily! Now I'm back in the cottage my Bank Holiday hibernation can begin. Sofa and bath beckon...

In other news my bro has retired from his 160 mile ultra in the Yorkshire Moors after 92.66 miles in just under 24 hours due to an ankle injury. As ever am a very proud sis.
